It was good experience to get together with your friends and eat here in lunch time.food is fresh and warm to serve. There is no... plastic bib now but they still have plastic gloves. I cannot believe a chain restaurant like The Catain's Boil would have a problem with their card payment for *several* days. I... had to go to a bank to withdraw cash in order to pay. Saw the mixed reviews about this place and decided to give it try anyways. Safe to say, probably won?t be coming back. Service... is not horrible but pretty bad. We didn?t get any utensils even after all our food arrived. How am I supposed to eat withoututensils? I had to ask twice for my utensils. Servers aren?t exactly friendly either. Would?ve given 4 stars if there was betterservice. Oh and I forgot to mention, they gave us TWO napkins. There were 4 of us and seafood is messy. Seafood is sooomediocre. shrimp was too soft to be peeled from the shell, crawfish was okay, their fried fish was honestly gross. The batterwas thick and the fish was really salty.
