My friend and I stopped in today for a late lunch. It was not busy at all with only one table on the patio. Our server looked... like she was in a terrible mood so I asked if she was doing okay, that was probably a mistake on my part because I guess she wasjust fine. From then on our experience was alright but not stellar. Our food took forever to come out and we couldn't figure outwhy since it was just us and another couple. There were times when there was absolutely no one around. Beer was fantastic, foodwas mediocre. Bacon super greasy, tots tasted like they were sitting there for a while. My friend's hamburger was reallysmall. Near to when we left it was like all of a sudden everyone came on shift and there were lots of people around. For twomeals, four beers and a decent tip it was just over $75 which was way more than I wanted to spend for the weird tense atmosphereand food this place provides. If I ever come back I'll remember not to show concern for the server's wellbeing and just acceptlack of warmth as the norm and leave a mediocre tip. ??????? Read more
While waiting for my wife off work, just see this restaurant pub and give it a try. The servers are very nice and care, they... take my order and give me my drink quickly. The mussels is spicy but salty. The burger is on Thursday special cost only $5.50,it taste very good and the patty is very juicy. After 15:00, it has a happy hour menu, I order two tacos which is sambal chicken& tuna, I don’t wonder if these two tacos are serve on the soft taco shell, the presentation is very nice. Although I am not abeer lover, the beer I ordered is very fruity and I really love it. Overall experience is better than what I expected, will comeback with my wife to try different things on the menu. Read more
The exterior renovation is very nice. I almost drove right past looking for the yellow building and sign. Much sleeker now.... Loads of outdoor seating options which is very nice. Reliably good pub food. I had the beefy mac and cheese. Delicious andreally stick to your ribs cheesy. The yam fries were perfect. My dining partner had his usual, the beef dip with a side Ceasarsalad. It looked yummy too. Street parking usually not a problem. Great neighbourhood spot. Read more
The mussels were amazing! Our server suggested some French fries to soak up some of the mussel broth. That was a good call. The... artichoke dip with taco chips was very good. The taco chips seemed home made and fresh. They were much thicker than your typicalchips you would buy in a store. The selection of beer is outstanding! Read more

An impromptu stop here for lunch turned out to be a great choice. From the get go, the wait staff were attentive and smiley,... accommodating the needs of the 3 children we had in our group with ease. The range of craft beer was phenomenal, we all hadsomething different and they also tasted great. The menu was varied and quite eclectic with some Oktoberfest themedspecials.
