I've been to the Broadway one 3 times in the last month. The ladies behind counter always respond like they're in a foul mood... EVERY single time I've been there. First time one lady joked about me not having enough money (under her breath in a bad temperto her colleagues) when I requested to pay in cash for a cup of coffee. Other time another lady serving me bumped into hercolleague and rolled her eyes, seemed upset and packed me 7 timbits for the 10 pack! I don't know what's up with them. Read more
Farmers wrap yesterday did not with come usual sauce? Today I went in person to tell them about my negative experience. I called... customer service twice and no call back. They could not get me off the phone fast enough. The cashier resolved by giving me 2more wraps to try again. She was very unhappy about it. No smile, no apologies, and horrible service all around. This is the third time I have come to this location, and each time the girls have messed up the order. I?m a regular daily... timmies customer always getting either a lunch or a breakfast or both, on work days. They gave me whole wheat bun instead ofthe white one, and didn?t tell me they were out of white bread. I would have liked to be told because there?s other things Iwould have gotten. They gave me the wrong Timbits, I asked for plain sour cream they gave me the chocolate chip ones. Thenargued with me saying that?s what they have. It?s not a big deal but I like my orders how I like them and I order carefully.They didn?t inform me of the low stock, and the changes. Also it was one of the most poorly made sandwiches ever. Sauce all overthe top of bun from their messy gloves and way too much sauce, the ingredients were clumped together, and out of the 30 or sodifferent timmies locations I go to while driving for work this one is among the worst. I blame the staff, because it is alovely looking restaurant. I would have liked the staff to correct the mistake instead of arguing. This is my regular Tim?s as it?s near where I work. The service is usually good, and the prices here are low relative to other... Tim?s which keeps me coming back. The interior could use an upgrade, as the floors and furniture etc are starting to look veryworn out and dated, especially as I?ve noticed interior improvements at other Tim?s around the city.
