Very nice comfort food; we had cheese grilles with crab soup and a French onion soup. Each item was delicious; it had been a... while since I ate something as pleasant. Great place for lunch and comfort food! We got eat a soup and a Sammie, I had the grilled cheese with the crab soup (great... pairing!). My husband got the Cubano and the Tom yum soup. To drink I had the low calorie root beer (super good!) and my husbandhad home made pineapple guava soda drink. All were delicious. Quick and friendly service, definitely will return. Read more
The staff were friendly, I loved the eggplant caprese. The craft coke was so cool. The chicken pie crust was great, the chicken... was cooked perfectly and I think it would be enough for two people although it’s not that big. Why 4? The roast potatoes were8 $ and It was small quantity and I didn’t like the taste, but mostly it’s because of the overall odour of the restaurantwhich was a bit funky. The food at Burgoo is reasonably priced and flavorful. The mashed potatoes got this peanut flavor which I really like. and the... biscuit were served with bacon marmalade which got this really neat mandarin orange taste, and the herb butter were fresh.
