I just remembered my experience at this Vera's Burger around February 2021 and decided to write a review This was the 1st time I... visited this specific location. I loved all other locations I visited before for their meat quality. My wife had Grilled ChickenBreast and I had Vera's Classic Burger (+ fries and drinks). My wife could barely find the meat in her sandwich (it was a tinypiece). My burger patty size was also very small and the meat was not what I remembered when I visited other locations. It wastasteless and bland. Only their signature sauce was helping a little. Paid $47 which is outrageous for the portion sizes. Notgoing again. Read more
Took one of my kids during Christmas break and now when they ask for burgers they quickly bring up Vera's. I have been a Vera's... Burger fan since it's early days in Kitsilano. When they started expanding some of the magic was lost in some of the restaurantsbut the Main street location has been able to keep the high standards their burgers have been known for. Don't know if it's themanager or franchisee owner but the dark hair fellow excels at customer service. Power burger has been my go to. Read more
Went to the Vera's Burger on Main and picked up an order then we made a subsequent order for their chicken wings. We asked the... cashier how many wings are in an order $16/per order and she told us that there were 8 wings per order so we ordered 2 orders. We arrived back home and opened the boxes, one box had 8 and the other had 7. Then I called to make a complaint and there wasno offer of any sort to fix the problem. Vera's just lost a customer. How hard is it to count wings? I guess counting up to 8(twice) was difficult. Read more
