I got a coupon after I finished the survey, when I present this BOGO coupon to the server. He told me I have to pay a regular... price to get this deal. $24.00 for 12" but for a daily deal of only $10 per pizza. Why do I pay more money to get the deal. this location is getting worst, still not back to normal as there still no dine in available ???? only for takeout. when I pick... up food not ready when specified and the staff is like triple multi tasking. for delivery over an hour after 7pm when not busytime but I think as I had to wait extra fifteen minutes for pick up it might be the kitchen issue. could be as they busy mightbe short on staff then give your customers the correct time or inform and call like your other competitor down the street andhas dine in, maybe throw in a can of pop pizza cost here definitely has gone up but quality had gone down alot in the pastyear. crust was hard as rock on my last order and the dough on the bottom was soggy from the extensive amount of sauce which ibelieve was to compensate for the lack of toppings. my last order was regular price then 5$ special i can honestly say therewas less than a dozen pieces of pineapple, and the pepperoni mushroom bacon crumble pizza you left out the bacon crumble butstill charged for the extra topping. when I called the gentleman on the phone said manager is busy will ask to phone back,never did. the chicken wings i already stopped ordering because they have been extensively dry and they are smaller than a playtoy spoon. not sure if I will order from here again. even with the 5$ specials the price is still about the same if I orderedelsewhere and they provide more pride in the food getting it correct and tasty. for dine in pizza hut it used to be a familyrestaurant now with the most location just take out it is sad especially when this location has such a massive area (which theydo not even use to let customers wait, just all cramped like anchovies) just ask the customers to wait outside.
