Came here the other day and was served by a person named Nicole. When we were about 1/3 done our drinks, Nicole brought us out... some refills without us asking. I havent had that happen in over a decade. I really appreciate that. Usually dinning out I havea hard time getting a 2nd drink because it is impossible to get the server to come over. Usually doesnt happen until the bill isready, and then I end up leaving parched as a mofo, but not this time! Good place to have group party. Watching TV sports and good snacks. I always have a good time in this place. Good service also.
Here on a Thursday evening having been at the same location before. The servers are usually friendly and the food is fairly... consistent; however, today is quite a bit of a disappointment. The manager at this location needs to do a better job at staffingas we needed to wait 30 Minutes for a table for 4 while more than half of the dining room is sitting empty. Had to revise myreview from 3 stars to 2. After waiting more than 25 minutes for a table, it took roughly another 30 minutes before we got thefood. The service level is not acceptable given the restaurant was not even close to being at capacity.
