I had a dinner here, and I enjoyed every dish. I was visiting Vancouver for fun, and unfortunately, I had food poisoning a bit... after the day I ate here. I’m NOT saying that this place gave me food poisoning. I did also eat at other places, and I camehere through Korea, so I had also been traveling and eating random things before eating here. What I AM saying is that even IFthis place gave me a bout of food poisoning, I enjoyed the food enough that I would still come back here ???? So with all thatsaid, I would say that all the food tasted fresh. I don’t know how the chef designs the menus, but the slate I had seemed tohave a lot of Asian influences, in the dish choice and flavor palette. I appreciated the creative twists. Read more
We tried this place after hearing about it in Vancouver Michelin Stars. It didn't disappoint but perhaps the expectation were... set too high. I, personally, don't count bread as one item on the set menu. The duck was prepared to perfection. Wonderful local and creative five course menu in a great, uplifted low-key vibe. Excellent food: inventive, delicious, and very... well executed. In addition to the tasting menu, there are optional add-on appetizers. We got one, and I wish we ordered another(group of 3). My only complaint about the food is I wish there was more, but I’ll just plan to order more next time. Theservice was a little spotty, mostly executed perfectly but sometimes slow/forgotten. Been here twice and had a fantastic experience both times. Food is delicious. Both times have had the tasting menu. Wine pairing... on my last visit was excellent. Surprised to see some negative reviews on here. No it’s not cheap, and no you don’t gethumungous portions, but that’s not what this place is about. Quality is superb and atmosphere great. A big plus - they arealso excellent at catering for dietary requirements, even for the tasting menu which is very rare! Read more

Tasting menu! Had to try out a Michelin star restaurant when in vancouver! What can I say, amazing, from the locally sourced... dishes to the wine tasting menu, every dish and drink had history to it. Lots of yummy dishes!
