We tried this place on our visit to Vancouver and I will definitely go again. The variety of créme brulee flavors is amazing.... We tried the Ferrero Rocher and the Pandang Coconut flavors which were both delicious. The hardened sugar definitely made asound on cracking! If you're in Chinatown or around main Street there's a really cute dessert place that's open late. They serve macarons, drinks,... and creme brulee. It's owned by a really nice couple. The creme brulee has interesting flavors such as Vietnamese coffee,coconut panda and cereal milk. There are also vegan options. Pictured is the ube vegan creme brulee, and salted caramel cremebrulee. I think the texture of the vegan creme brulee could be improved but I'm no expert. The eggs in the normal creme bruleemakes the taste way smoother.
