I have never given any business bad rating other than this one. Our family took dinner here, meat was not fresh, noodles taste... like frozen and reheat. Old Vancouverites go way back to 1990s with this Pho Hoa. Let's just say that they held the awesome thrown, but nose dived to... oblivion several times and back. At best, the revamped menu with drinks was still mediocre BUT today, the food was awesome. Thepho was tasty and there were cheap combos too. However, the new server Van made all the difference.
