Went to grab coffee and muffin this morning and notice the coffee lid smelt like scented lotion, I took the lid off and could... still smell it on the cup. I was going to ask for a new one but she was the only one working in the morning it would still smelllike scented lotion. I have never had a good experience at this tim hortons. The workers are rude and could not care less about the quality that they... deliver. I?ve been given food cold, soggy, and half as much as there should be in the portion, as well as being charged for anitem that they didn?t end up having. When I brought it up to them they didn?t offer a refund, they just told me they didn?t haveit.
