The prices have gone up a bunch, seemingly higher than the rate of inflation. They changed the rules so you can?t sub pepperoni... with a (cheaper) vegetable topping anymore on the Hot&Ready without paying a huge premium for it. The final straw for me wasordering 2 Hot&Readys and they apparently just reheated 2 old pizzas. They were dried out and barely warm even though we got tothem promptly. When they said they needed ?5 minutes? and the restaurant was empty, that clearly wasn?t enough time to make andcook 2 pizzas. I didn?t clue in. I?d give this place a pass. Worst service ever. Left waiting for 5 minutes while 2 employees ignore me only to find out that the one place that has food... hot and ready has nothing hot and ready.
