HORRIBLE service. They never have anyone at the till to take orders, while a bunch of employees just stand around, or just walk... by without even acknowledging you. They usually clear all the order numbers on the screen which are waiting, then constantlyforget about orders. Takes at least 15 minutes, even for something as simple as coffee. Usually have to remind them of my order.Just always a horrible experience (inside at least). Any review over 2 stars has got to be the owners trying to up the average. Read more
Although the staff are friendly and helpful at this location, it is often quite busy and seems chronically understaffed. The... tables, floors, and condiment stand are consistently filthy and covered in grime. In fact, I have not seen the dining room cleanon any of my visits. I hope that a more rigorous cleaning regime is applied to the kitchen. Regrettably, for the sanitaryreasons alone, I do not recommend coming here. Read more
One star for the staff that try their best. Zero for management. Drive through is always always 20-30 minutes wait. I don't get... it. Even on a Monday night. I try to avoid this place if I can, because it wastes too much of my time. Foods' good. Some of the tables have benches that completely surround the tables without breaks such that you would have to... climb over to get in. The booths, while having regular chairs, are a little cramped. On the day I was invited there, we had tomaneuver a family member who is mobility challenged to get them seated. Read more
