Tim Hortons is always known for quick and convenience. But one thing I wish they would improve is quality. Asides from... everything being machine made, the staff and the menu were very confusing. Often the limited edition items are just regularcoffee just in a different cup, or with a topping. It's really misleading. I ordered the Limited Edition Tim Biebs cold brew,and I had to repeat myself because they didn't know what that was. When I pointed to the picture on the screen, they said, "oh.ONE VANILLA CREAM COLD BREW". bro. If it's just vanilla cream cold brew, then don't label it as limited edition. Whenever Isee more limited edition items, I get skeptical. Everything other than that is good. Ryan, my server was really chill andexplained everything clearly, even giving suggestions. Read more
