Supervisor working on 24 Nov thursday evening time was so rude.. We asked for sleeves at she just didn't bother and showed us... very bad attitude. Me and my friend felt so bad after she behaved with us like that. We pay for coffee its not something theyoffer us free of cost. customers need to be treated nicely.I also worked as customer service representative and know very wellhow to greet everyone nice whatever going inside and around. They gave us coffees with too much sugar even though we asked fordouble double.Moreover, they charge for cups separately so don't forget to carry your own when visiting this store. Read more
Awful service. Ordered our breakfast and 2 cups of coffee and waited for them to call my number. When they called, I only got... the food, not the coffee. So I decided to wait longer. The girl who took my order then came to the pick-up area THREE times withcups of coffee, without calling any number. I asked if those are mine, but she rudely said they are not. Eventually I asked heragain where are my coffee, she then looked at my receipt and gave me my coffee, saying she called but ?no one answered?. The worst place ever! The staff aren't friendly and I can't believe how bad they react to my oder inquiries. I have been... ordering online at least once in a week for a couple of weeks now. Horrible service. Seemed like the workers refused to serve an order they didn't want to deal with, which I really didnt... appreciate. I got what they wanted, not what I wanted. Tried to order a Habanro chicken bowl, the worker took a big breath, asif saying "Why on earth is she ordering that", then after speaking to her coworker for 5 minutes in a different language, (hindimaybe) she told me her manager didn't tell them about loaded bowls yet. Right after, I found out that my friend who orderedafter me got the loaded bowl they told me the "manager didn't train them about". I got trolled in a similar matter twice more,in the same order: they said they don't add grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken in the bowl, and that the only drink thatcomes with a meal is only coffee. 1 star only because my order tasted good.
