I see some bad reviews here and I'm sure they all have their reasons. However my experience here was great. The service was good... and the food was delicious. I do like to try and come back here later to see if their quality changes. Read more
I think zeitoom management or chef has been changed . I ordered an special koobideh but it was 2/3 of the regular size. Usually... special shouldn't be shrank in size they should just call it SMALL instead which then you know what to expect. Zeitoomkoobideh was one of the reasons that I preferred their food over other Persian restaurants juicy and tender .but it seems theold chef is no longer there as their koobideh is so dry now . I noticed the rice wasn't looking fresh as you see in the picturesthat the saffron is mixed with rice which is not what normally restaurant do they would just garnish it on top of the rice . Ihope they take some action before their business gets impacted by too many bad reviews. Read more
After the new management, this is the place to go. Mahrad and his team are one of the best hosts and best chefs in town hands... down. Must try their koobideh and specialty olive. This is now my go to Persian restaurant We have done takeout, delivery, anddine in and all are great. Read more
It's clean and nice restaurant with Friendly staffs. We ordered platter for two, dough, mast moosir. The only thing we don't... like is Rice since it's Basmati. I recommend this restaurant. Read more
