Went In for a smoothie today. Atmosphere was weird and awkward. People working seemed so angry and not working together.... Everyone doing their own thing. Untrained staff at the counter. The girl is totally untrained and has "I don't care attitude" towards the customer. I repeated... so many times that coupon is not applied , the payment machine is not prompting me for tap but she stood there like a dumb mulecaring not at all nor seeking help from other employees. When asked the shift manager for help , shift manager has the audacityto be rude to the customer rather than apologize that she put an untrained employee at order counter thereby causing afrustrating experience for the customer.
