Delicious is the only word to describe this ramen! The Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a restaurant with a few seats. I got the tsukemen (regular flavour), and the noodles were very chewy. The broth wasn't as thick as I hoped, and it was on the... saltier side. It came with small meat cubes. The hard boiled egg it came with was also not runny, which wasn't my preference. IfI've never had tsukemen before I would've thought it was great. But since there are so many ramen shops downtown, thecompetition is tough and it just wasn't my cup of tea. Overall, it was still okay and would recommend giving this place a trystill. Read more
The ramen is good specially the Robson special ramen but it's not the best one in town. The porc pieces were delicious as well I... give a 5 star to the food but the service can be improved, it's a bit slow and other ramen places have variety stuff for freelike sesame oil, sesame seeds, fried garlic chops, soy sauce, hot sauce, etc but in this place you have to pay extra for allthose things Also the washrooms weren't clear Read more
