I don't know about the pad thai or other dishes but I can tell you their pad see ew is the best thing ever and is what makes... this place a 5/5. No other place that I know of makes it like this. They use these clear sheet noodles that really make the dishunique. The flavor depends on the cook but it's usually super flavorful and has a rich "wok hay". I drive over 20 minutes atleast twice a month and pay for parking at granville island just to have this pad see ew. I recommend it to any and all friendswhen they ask what to eat. I honestly like it that much. As you can tell, I am quite passionate about it. Here is my honest review. The pad Thai was too oily and salty and pad siew had no taste. It tasted more like Chinese food than... Thai cuisine. With recent price hike each dish costs almost $20 after GST with tiny portion. I have no plan of going back. Ishould've known better when there was no line. You see it tells something. Read more
