You can taste the chef’s appreciation for... their heritage, but they also really push the limits and add modern twists to every dish. I loved this restaurant, the food was authentic yet creative, and the ambience was extremely welcoming. All the staff here were... really nice and made sure you were familiar with things on the menu.
