Coffee was decent. Nothing too special about the cheesecake. It was quite pricey and so small.
The cheesecake was really tasty! However, we were given the wrong flavor and then charged for a second slice when we asked for... the flavor we ordered. This location I belie used to be occupied by Death by Chocolate. We came by for a quick dessert and cold drink because the day... was hot. The shop, despite occupying a relatively high profile real estate location, felt lacklustre and slightlydated. Chairs are wobbly and floors and interiors definitely had better days. The cake prices are reasonable, mass producednothing special. Drinks are more or less on the pricier side and again, nothing special. I've been here a few times over the years, and unfortunately it's never met my expectations enough to entice my return. In the... past, I recall the drinks being sufficient although not exceptionally memorable. The cheesecakes, which are supposed to be ahighlight, are sweetened to the point where other flavours are overpowered. Today I tried one of their Thai Noodle ChickenWraps, and eventually regretted it. I was put off by the small size and high price, and the wrap was soggy, greasy, and overlysalty to the point of being nauseating. Imagine if someone slapped Thai takeout in a tortilla. I was also disappointed in theexcessive packaging?pre-prepared in plastic wrap, then grilled in wax paper, which is mostly discarded for a 15¢ paper bag. Iwould have been better off just eating the cold wrap for takeout, which might have been more palatable. The repetitivedisco/house music made the atmosphere feel less inviting.
