The washrooms should be completely replaced after cleansing with fire, bleach and ultraviolet radiation. Far beyond what simple... cleaning could accomplish. Not much better than an open cesspool. Read more
Security guy is super nice but the restaurant and especially the washrooms are a war zone. And the customer service is pretty... terrible other than security. Asked the security guy for some toilet paper because there was 0 in the washroom. He asked thestaff but they were "too busy" to hand him a roll even though he was already behind the counter. Security was however niceenough to offer some napkins in place (there were also none to be found on the counters) but I politely declined and moved on. Read more
Food was hot and freshly made and the fries were perfectly made! The only complaint I can think of was the fact that I've... noticed these past few years how cheap McDonald's has become when it comes to the little amount of hot fudge they now put ontheir ice cream sundaes compared to before, when they would additionally add nuts on the side of every sundae if you requested.Besides this everything was great ???? It is a large branch I used mobile app to order for curbside pickup. Apparently McDonalds new policy is to save bags, so they... brought food on a tray while everything was just falling everywhere and making mess. I had to take the food from and returntray. Is this really for environmental reasons???? So stupid experience Read more

Horrible service here. I ordered 20 nuggets, 3 honey sauce, spicy habanero sauce, quarter pounder with NO onions and EXTRA... pickles, and a medium root beer. First of all my friends and I have to wait nearly 40 minutes for our order and when I keptasking them whether or not they're making it the staff kept saying they were working on it but we wouldn't get our food. Then Ifind out that they gave SOMEONE ELSE our order without double checking the other person's receipt on whether or not it was thecorrect order. Then after asking them 5 times to make ours they only give us 17 nuggets, 2 honey sauce, spicy habanero sauce,and did not take out the onions from the burger. Also did not receive our root beer and the staff would just ignore us when wewould ask politely. My friend is deathly allergic to onions too so she wasn't able to have her burger. I understand it wascrowded but that is no way to go about our order. Horrible customer service and I'm very disappointed by this location. Theyalso refused us a refund for not giving us our full order. Terrible place and I will never come back here. Read more
