Pretty good place, open 24 hours and with great hamburgers...and fries...as well as organic food grown organically...as... well...coffee is always good and fresh as well....with this location at a skytrain on main street...is also very good locationfor a quick bite...as well....many people use this location...that are in the DTES...and this has some lessening of appeal forsome people....but the food is always great. This place is the worse. I ordered my food at 9:00 and the guy told me they do not have the thing that I want to order at 9:10.... And as a result, I was late for work and for my meeting. Three staffs working on Friday morning but no one seems care abouttheir work. The manager should take it seriously and A&W should also pay attention on the training even though it is franchise.This location the customer service is totally unacceptable.
