I've just came back home from dining at Silk with a guest from abroad. We both thoroughly enjoyed our food. We only ordered main... course, which was just enough. My friend ordered a meat based meal, I am vegan. I didn't know you can cook broccoli sodeliciously! The service was excellent, staff very friendly, meals reasonably priced. I appreciate the organic ingredients thatwent into the meal, although they don't state it on the menu. A silky evening. The taste was little outside of the the normal taste. Like the name of the restuarant, the texture of each... dish was so silky n smooth in the mouth. The taste of each ingredients of a dish was distinguished with just one bite. Theambience n music was perfect for the food ordered. The chef personally attended to each customer to check his cooking. Incredibly beautiful restaurant! The menu has changed sadly changed to pizza and burgers, which is too bad. Their curry chicken... was fantastic. Very much worth going for the drinks and the environment. Everyone working their is super friendly too! Read more
