Very unfriendly and poor bar staff, got my drinks order wrong several times in the same night and were extremely stuck up. Il... give it two stars as there was one guy who was great and clearly loved his job. The rest of the staff were shockingly bad andjust expected a tip to be handed out to them for doing a bad job. I wish I could give a rating lower than a single star. Our first time visiting Vancouver on vacation and had the misfortune of... being in the area. Stay away at all costs, any other billiards place would be better worth your time and money. The bartenderwas absolutely atrocious with an attitude and a lack of understanding in dealing with customers. She mistook one of our commentsas being remarked at her, and proceeded to chew us out for an absurd amount of time, purely because we were younger than her.She had a particular emphasis on her age being indicative of her experience, yet a complete lack of understanding of her owninflated sense of self importance? how sad. Other than the waitress the place would?ve been a passable way to spend time, butthe way that they speak to customers and allow customers to be treated would leave a terrible taste in anyones mouth. Hopefully,in the future, staff is trained in matters regarding speaking with customers because the only way someone should visit thisplace is if they want to be left with a feeling of disgust and shown the aggressive tendencies of their employees. Solid place to place to play pool. They got a load of Dimond bar tables. Cues were in acceptable condition. Some being in great... condition. One complaint is I found the lighting really dark. Typical variety of beer, and for food I can't say much as Ihaven't ordered any. Read more
