An incredible dining experience in downtown Vancouver. The name is a little misleading, we were expecting a rooftop restaurant... from "The Roof" in the name but quickly got over it as the interior is beautiful with modern architecture and extremelycomfortable seating. Service was flawless, drinks were cold and delicious. Most of all, the food was incredible. I had the BeefWellington and it was cooked to perfection. One of the best steak restaurant in town. The New York Steak and Salmon were perfectly cooked and delicious! The services was... impeccable. Great place for a romantic dinner. Overall, such a wonderful experience. The appetizers were amazing and I can say one of the best cooked meats I have had.... Regarding the steak, I never had it on beans. And, I really liked it. Comparing to some other high end restaurants, I reallyliked this place. The menu did not try to impress you with fancy names only.
