I ordered a caramel iced capped the other day and was SO disappointed with the service of the staff! I received my drink and... noticed that there is no whipped cream on top, then I immediately remind the staff about it. Then a women (might be the manager)rudely said to me there shouldn?t be whipped cream on top as I did not add money for it!!! What the heck?
