The guy at the checkout counter the last two days has messed up my order and my coworkers. I always order a belt and he orders a... sausage farmers wrap add bacon. Yesterday my belt was missing lettuce and it was according to the guy my own fault for notasking for lettuce. Today buddy gets his wrap without bacon and the guy goes off saying no you didn?t order bacon. 1 teachpeople 2 listen and 2 when did the customer is right get dropped. I?m appalled that he actually stands there and argues with metelling me what I ordered when I already know full well. Read more
Horrible horrible service! They have become very hostile, aggressive and rude. Not the first time and it is the same employees... who are ignorant. They should learn to listen instead of making up orders. Charge you extra and give you two donuts when youasked for one. They do a lot of things like that. Read more
I've stopped at this Tim Hortons several times while passing through Valemount. I've always had good service and my order has... always been correct. The odd time, their drive-thru will be closed, but other than that, I've had positive experiences here. Read more
They had a sign saying they are understaffed so respect them, kind of strange, and when people were ordering the majority of... items on the menu were not available. I watched a girl ask for, no lie, 5 different things before she settled for whatever theytold her they could make. Hardly running if your sandwiches and wraps are not available, didn't even look like staffing wasbelow normal amounts for the size and it was slow service. Read more
