This was a sad evening. Brought my friends to Valemont, one of my favorite mountain towns. Went for dinner here, which was the... only restaurant open that evening. We're left at the door for 20 minutes at least while the servers completely ignored us. Itwas a busy evening but they could have at least seated us as there were plenty of open tables. Server then forgot to bring uswater which we requested. The rest of the service was ACCEPTABLE but the food wasn't amazing and we ended our evening theresomewhat displeased. Expensive too Read more
Great place. Went there with 16 ladies and we had a very good evening. Communication was good for reservation, food was awesome,... plenty and reasonably priced. Our waitress was helpful and kind. Very glad they were open!! Read more
Goes for, and achieves, an alpine pub ambience- lots of wood. Reasonably varied menu but stays true to its pub roots. Friendly,... efficient and knowledgeable wait staff. My server answered all my questions about their ciders and made an excellentrecommendation for a local beer. They clearly know their stuff. Food was very good and came in reasonable time. Prices were inline with locale and the season(tourist). Would happily return. Read more
I'm sure the food is great, but we didn't even get a chance to order, as you decided to ID me after you sat us down at a table.... We were waiting at the doors to be seated for 10 minutes, and you didn't think to ID us then? I felt incredibly embarrassed andhumiliated as everyone watched us leave. I always order the ultimate burger. It is affordable and you get a lot of food. I rarely am ever able to finish the burger and... the fries. The staff are wonderful. It is often busy, so I encourage getting a table early before the pipeliners get off work. Read more
