Ordered and paid for food. Then told it would be 6-8 minutes to wait for the chicken tenders and given the option for a credit... or wait for the chicken tenders. I chose to wait. It turned out that I had to wait at least 20 minutes!!! Not impressed. I?vebeen to this location three times and always had to wait too long for my order! I?m a slow learner! But I know not to return afourth time! Food was mediocre (and fries were cold). Service is extremely poor. Management is non existent or avoidingaccountability! Not a great experience tonight. Quite a long wait. It was disappointing to watch the staff crash and burn while 3 managers stood... at a table in the dining room. Looked like a store review was being done (5:30 on a Friday night) On a positive note, the foodwas pretty tasty! Read more
$27 dollars for two 4 pc chicken meals. No salad at all with both, the fries were cold and hard, the chicken was small... big... box with little in it. It took me 4 tries to use my card, did not put the tip in, so it wouldn't move to paying for it. Whyam I going to put a tip in when this is the service you get ? Worst chicken we?ve ever had. A couple of the pieces were mainly coated chicken skin and had burnt chard marks the shape of a... hot elements. We will not eat KFC any longer. Done! Read more
