This place always had a line. Even in this fall weather, this place looked busy. There are a lot of interesting flavors here... that you wont see anywhere else. I tried miso mon cherry 4/5, burnt toffee 5/5. I've tried ice creaminology and scooped and Ithink this is better. Hope to try all of their flavors. Read more
I had the matchamisu and rosewater/raspberry flavours. I love the creativity put into the selection of ice cream flavours and... the egg waffle as a "cone." However, last time one of the scoops was further down the waffle and that was a better experiencethan this time because now both scoops are at the top and then you just eat most of the egg waffle by itself which gets a littledry due to lack ice cream. Was super stoked to try bang bang ice cream shop. I have heard many people talk about this place for years and I was very happy... I got to try it when I was in the area. At first this place was a little hard to find because it?s a small shop with no seatingarea. However, there were lots of people hungrily eating the delicious ice cream that it made it easier to spot. We had to waitin a little bit of a lineup to order but it was really quick and efficient. There are so many flavours to pick from and alllook better than the next. Since we could not pick, we asked the kind lady over there to recommend one flavours that arepopular. Here is a list of the popular flavours: burnt toffee, cinnamon toast, golden Oreo and tiramisu Classico. For chocolatelovers, she suggested the nocciola e cioccolato, WTF2, and rocky roadkill. We ended up getting once scoop of the nocciola ecioccolato on a cone. We also ended up getting two scoops, one consisting of the burnt toffee and the second being the goldenOreo. ALL THE FLAVOURS WERE SIMPLY DELICIOUS AND SO WORTH THE WAIT AND PRICE. The texture was creamy and the ice was just soflavourful. The blend of ice cream and the wafflecone is what elevates the ice creams experience. My favourite flavours were theburnt toffee and the nocciola e cioccolato. The staff were super friendly. I would highly recommend everyone to check thisplace out. They do not have any seating area so it?s a little hard to enjoy standing up randomly at the side somewhere. Hands down, my favorite ice cream shop. They make the ice cream in house and just carry some of the most unique flavors in the... city! Some of my favorites are the avocado and sour sop. Tropical flavors that are hard to find elsewhere and even if you do,aren?t as creamy as this! You can choose to get your ice cream in a waffle cone, or between a cookie, by the pint or just inits own. Would highly recommend! Lines up in the summer on a hot day, but totally worth the wait. Been a few years since my last visit to Bang Bang Ice Cream. Nothing has changed and that's a good, good thing. Line was long... but the queue moves quickly. - Flight ($6.95 for 6oz) - lychee rosewater raspberry, cassis sorbet and milkjam Ontario sourcherry. All tasty, bursting with flavour. - Full ice cream sandwich ($9.25) - banana puddin' custard and miso mon cherry. Bananapudding tasted just like the dessert. A must visit for any ice cream lovers.
