Came after closing and had to order through the app. That's fine. What's not fine is It took 15 minutes for me to get a poutine... and a drink. I watched it sit there for about 10 of those 15 minutes while they got all these orders ready for Uber and thenbrought it up all at once. I politely said hey when you have smaller orders that are finished you should send them so that Idon't have to sit and wait for you to finish all these other huge orders that I have nothing to do with. The guy gave meattitude and instead of apologizing just said "I was packing the order" repeatedly. I work at a restaurant that is way busierthan this one and this stuff is basically common sense. Doesn't take 15 minutes to pack a poutine and a drink. Not to mention hewas straight up lying to me because as I said I watched it sit there on the counter nobody was packing it. use your brain anddon't be rude to a customer that tries to give you a tip especially after you've made them wait for so long that the gravy ontheir poutine has a hard outer layer. I'm sorry but this location just lost a nearly daily customer I can get my coffeeelsewhere. Read more
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the lady let me know they had no grilled chicken so I could get the crispy chicken... which I didn't want. The only annoying thing about this McDonald's are the amount of young drunk people that will be loitering or barely waiting for... their pick up order. Last experience I had at that window there were people loud slurr spit talking...a couple that acted asthough they were playing 7 minutes in heaven but had forgotten they WERE NOT in a closet and some next guy trying to sell me awet cigarette. The employee came to the window and called out the order number...4 times...no one was paying attention so I justgrabbed that order and Homer in the bush out of there so fast.
