Terrible experience!!! So disappointing!!!! I always loved ordering from this branch. I know the top management will not care.... This is just to let other customers know. But if you really care, then send a reply. I ordered a pick-up thru phone. The sameorder i've been ordering many times. Philly Steak. They gave me the wrong order. I came back to complain, they said i waswrong. They said i ordered a philly steak topping. I have to specify "specialty philly steak" if i want the philly steak. Thisis the first time this happened to me . I did notice 100% of the crew are new. I wanted my money back, they did not want to giveme money back. They said i can wait, they are making me my order.
