Haven?t been to this location in awhile. Decided to place an order for pick up via the app. Easy process, it provided me the... exact time for pick up. I ordered a pizza and some pull-apart bread and two drinks for delivery. An hour later I see my order was delivered. No it... wasn't. I had to call several several times to find out what the problem was - the delivery person, DoorDash...not my problem. Ijust want my pizza. The man apologized and offered to deliver another order. This arrived within 25 minutes, piping hot, exactplus a surprise...a Hershey Kisses Dessert...fantastic. The pizza itself is good but the menu is a mess and very confusing. You also get very little help from the server. They also... have party size pizza but you have no way to know its price. Pizza is good though but on the expensive side unless you go withtheir walk in special which is more reasonable in terms of pricing. Read more

Rude staff, incorrect items and poor customer service. Ordered a 12? supreme lover pizza, cheese sticks, a can drink, and a... bottle drink. Did not get the drinks. Called the branch, the lady who I spoke with repeatedly told me to call Uber. There was nosingle comment of apology. She even blamed the uber driver. I explained that I already contacted the driver and she confirmedthat she did not get any drinks from the store. The lady said nothing and hung up the phone. She showed perfect example of wrongdemeanor, poor problem solving and "not my job" attitude. I had to refund the drinks. Now I'm eating greasy pizza and cheesesticks without the drinks which I really hate. Thank you so much for letting me know that somebody can frustrate me just becauseof drinks.
