I had a terrible experience with the driver who was yelling at me because I waited at the other entrance (shows up at the main... entrance on google) . I had been waiting for 25 mins and he claimed that he had waited 15 mins. He said he called but I did notreceive a single phone call from him. I even called the store. In the end the store called me and told me that waiting for me.He was so rude. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. Read more
Ordered a delivery online. Got a call from the store saying I'd have to show the credit card used to prepay to the driver to get... the pizza. I said no problem, figured it was to make sure someone else didn't get our pizza by accident. Got a call from thestore 10 mins later saying all credit card orders from our condo building are a scam and we'd have to email them a picture ofour credit card and our ID (passport or driver's license). I had the same issue. Ordered large pizzas extra cheese and got a barely there cheese!! Called customer service but no one... helped me. Very disappointed.
