We are so welcoming and provided amazing customer service. They were very helpful and made sure we got everything we needed. We... felt safe as they were following covid guidelines. Our meals were made to perfection. The customer service and meals werewonderful. We ordered action burger and spicey veggie burger with fried edd. Absolutely terrible. Literally anyone can make a better burger. Sauce only goes on bottom bun. You get one rubbery piece of... lettuce. An old slice of tomato. Flavorless burger. The sesame bun had no sesame. Like, these are basic essentials of a decentburger and they failed on all fronts. Twice now. Just go to McDonald's next door or A&W up the street. The first time I bought a buy 1 get 2 promotion through uber (signature cheeseburger) I was impressed the hamburger was... delicious and the bread and salad were fresh. I also ordered Meatless Chick Tenders Plant-Based, wow they are wonderful, I chosethe MANGO sauce, which is delicious, I'm addicted to this sauce!!! I'm not vegan but he has many vegan options and they aredelicious. I've also tried the onion rings, and the chicken fingers with other delicious sauces they have like honey dijon andhero sauce. My order always arrives well packaged and hot. I've eaten at other locations and I didn't have a good experience,but this restaurant at King is the best in this franchise. Read more

The Burgers were delicious. Well made and prepared fresh...too bad the guy who took my order completely got it wrong. I was too... hungry to complain though so my bad. The dining room was clean and well maintained. Now I know they don't have public restroomsbut guests are allowed to use them. The one that was available was definitely in a sad state. No paper towel to dry your handslet alone a functional dispenser for it. It's a fast food washroom in downtown Toronto. I get it, it's not going to be great butc'mon people... Read more
