Had to wait 90 minutes for my pizza that didn?t even come because they ?lost? it. Will never order again. Had to talk 3 customer... service people who gave me different responses. If you?re going to take the chance do not pre pay. Read more

I ordered a extra-Large 3 topping pizza with extra cheese which came to $44. Which I thought was a bit steep for pick up but I'm... not a regular customer. The woman on the phone told me it would be 25 minutes, but I forgot to ask for it well done, so me andmy favorite cousin Nolan walked over 10 minutes later ask for them to keep it in. When I got there they were already cutting mypizza and said they wouldn't put it back In the oven. The pizza was under cooked, tasted like frozen vegetables and bologna andthe dough separated from the cheese ( which was definitely not extra) everytime you pulled a slice. Pizza Nova at Broadview and Queen is the best Pizza Nova location in Toronto. They make the best pizza. We order the same pizza... regularly and it is consistently delicious.
