Very OK! I had the Lima bowl but subbed out the chicken for tempeh. I appreciate they let you do the substitutions like that and... don't charge extra. With the description of the bowl (pickled cabbage, "spicy" corn, avocado) i expected it to pop with flavourbut it didn't do much. Portions are not huge but fair enough. If you are wanting a bowl, I would opt for Kupfert and Kim whichis MUCH more favourful and portions are much bigger. Read more
I really like how transparent IQ is about ingredients and calories in their food. I like how they allow you to customize any... bowl and discount the price if you remove items. However, this location is seriously understaffed which creates a lot of issues.On one occasion I found chicken in my bowl. The manager was very understanding and refunded me immediately with extra credittowards another meal. But today my soup was given to me cold, without garnish and my piri piri bowl was missing cauliflower. Ialso waited 20 minutes past the pickup time given to me online. From now on I'll try one of their other locations. Read more
