I love the potato pizza. Traditional dinner in less effluent homesteads in Italy. The crust is drizzled with olive oil. Very... thin slices of potato?s are spread over the pie and sprinkled with dried rosemary and thyme. No cheese. Salt and pepper totaste. Also the vegetarian option , the Casino is fantastic.
