I do like the franchise?s food but the hygiene of the staff isn?t very good. The woman touched the debit machine with her bare... hand then went to touching my bagel in the busiest train station in Toronto. I don?t see a point of wearing one glove on theother on which I wouldn?t be surprised if it?s not even being changed. Read more
Efficient and friendly spot to pick up a quick breakfast. When commuting I order through the Ritual App as the train is pulling... into Union Station- the estimated order availability time defaults to 15-20 minutes but I am sure this is a glitch because thebagel is usually ready within 5 min. Whenever I pass by Union Station in the morning I always make sure to buy a Bagel from here. It has always been my go-to place... to get a hot, delicious and quick meal to satisfy my stomach till lunch. In addition to bagels, they also offer sandwich style(with egg, bacon, or salmon) as well. There is a wide assortment of bagels to choose from (while supplies last in the morningso you if you go later they might run out of your favorite one) in addition to spreads. I've never seen this many choices beforeand it impresses me every time I order from here. They are very generous (imo) when it comes to amount of spread as well. Mydefault is always a Raisin & Cinnamon (unless Blueberry is available) bagel with Herb & Garlic spread. When I feel adventurous Iwould try some of their other options like Lox Spread, Sun-dried Tomato, etc. Location wise, it is tucked away next toStarbucks in the York Concourse near the exits, it can be hard to miss since part of it is situated behind a stairwell.
