So.. this location of Coco is my go to. Very convenient and they usually get the order right. Except for today, I ordered a... passion fruit green tea as usual, and knew something was off (because I've literally had about 4 of them in the past week). Toldthe employee about it and she basically just pushed it off by saying it's the tapioca or smtg. After a few more sips, we figuredthe mixture was off, there seemed to be a lot more green tea. Also the pearls were quite less and smaller than usual. Notusually picky, just wasn't too happy with the way the employee handled the situation. I ordered a drink with 50% sugar on Dec. 6 around 8:30 pm, and I found it was not sweet at all, then I went back asked them if... it is possible to add some sugar syrup in it, but the lady told me that her co-worker said that she added the sugar in it and Ialready drank it so she cannot do that.
