The last time I came here it was a great experience, it is clear that they are under new management today. The service at the... front desk was poor, and the take-in process felt more like a take-out fast food restaurant, than a nice restaurant. Theexperience of being in the dark was very interesting, and takes some getting used to - I really enjoyed this aspect. The foodthough was horrible. Tasteless, and of very low quality. The portions were also very small. I took my girlfriend and we left atthe main course because of how bland the food was. I then complained and both the owner and the manager refused to refund theamount even though we did not finish the mains. The manager also refused to give me their name for fear of this review. Thereality is, you can't sell the experience alone, and just because people can't see the food, it does not give you an excuse tonot deliver a top quality food experience as well, because ultimately, that's what people are there for. Eating in the dark, agreat and interesting experience, I recommend it. Having that experience at this O Noir location, don't do it. Read more

My partner and I had dinner here last month. This was his first experience of dining in the dark but my second and honestly... nothing prepares you from the void of eating in the dark. You are literally forced to rely on your other senses. The waiterswere very friendly and the food and portion sizes were perfect. It was an incredible experience but I rated it 4 stars becausethe we waited a long time before we were served the main meal. We opted for the surprise meat and seafood was the starters. Weordered the Filet Mignon Served with Potatoes and Vegetables and Cajun fish with rice and vegetables. I would recommend thisexperience to anyone. Read more

This was definitely an amazing experience and highly recommend. The darkness heightened all of our senses. The waiter Ali, was... so nice. And the food was amazing. I got the filet mignon, cooked to perfection and my gf got the shrimp rissoto. We both gotthe surprise meat appetizer and it was so good. I won?t ruin it lol. She got the chocolate cake and I got ice cream. Highlyrecommend doing this one time for everyone. It was so a cool experience. Read more

Highly recommend this unique and fun experience! The waiters are so so nice and supportive. You feel a little uneasy at first... but once you embrace the dark it?s quite fun and freeing. Also love that you can do surprise courses and cocktails. Willdefinitely go back! Read more

This is definitely an EXPERIENCE worth trying! I gave it 4 stars because it took forever for us to get our food. We went on... Valentine?s Day and it was packed. However we where there over 2 hours.. and all we got was bread, and entree. I didn?t get mydessert, so I asked for it when I checked out! Overall the food was good.. very flavorful! I had the risotto with shrimp. Myhusband had the filet mignon! But once we got our food, we ate very fast and then asked to leave. By that time we where 2 hoursin and was just ready to leave at that point! We also had a small confrontation with a guy sitting next to us. My husband?swatch had a tiny glow. We have no idea how or why. But it caused a small glow dot and our neighbor was not happy about that.Needless to say, we kept the watch on. Read more
