Ordered Delivery and only received 2 of my 3 items to start. Mistakes happen ok , fine but what I can't overlook is that the bag... wasn't sealed. No stickers on the bag .. It should absolutely be practice to have the bag sealed .. Have never had an orderfrom any establishment that wasn't sealed .. I was there an hour to close and I was told they have turned off the oven already so I couldn?t get a toasted bagel. If the... working hours are until 7 pm, why turn the oven earlier? That too me it?s being lazy and poor customer services. Read more
Love this coffee shop. There are plenty of tables to sit and do work. The staff are friendly and the drinks taste great.

I had a disappointing experience here. The drink that I ordered, one I?ve ordered many times before was not good at all. But it... was the response by some staff that made it worse. They couldn?t just simply remake the drink for me, without beingconfrontational and argumentative. Insinuating I was not being honest about it. Ridiculous.
