Been going to this location since 2017. After a new owner took over in 2020, everything became worse. First off, they've... raised their prices a lot while reducing the amount the serve now. First horrible restaurant practice. I went to get take outtoday, ordered beforehand and still had to wait 30 minutes after I arrived. I ordered at 6:22 PM, got my food at 7:11 PM.Waitresses told me food will be ready soon and ignored me for more than half an hour, new owner came to tell me himself sayingthe same thing but still took more than 20min. In total almost an hour just standing there waiting. These bad experiences justkeep happening. I rarely go there anymore since covid, but just thought maybe this time it would be better by now, but no stillhorrible. I recommend you go to any other St Louis location instead of this one. UPDATE: Immediate response for the manager. Constructive feedback make as better if we take it seriously. Thank you. Our... experience was so disappointed. We ordered 3 dishes, garlic sticks, boneless chicken wings and French fries and we wait for morethan 40 minutes for that order. The restaurant wasn't full. When I approached a server asking for the food " I understand youare busy but we have been waiting for 40 minutes already can you please check the status of our order" and she replied " they'repeople waiting more than you, it's not under my control" and walked away!! We received the food after 10 minutes more, the onlygood thing was the garlic sticks, the wings had no sauce at all. I even had to go near the bar to get some plates and ketchup. Worse and really sad experience! I went with a group of friends, our server Cassandra at the very beginning told us that she... would add the tip because we were 7 peoples, I respect that! also she told us that she would made only basic drinks, nococktails! I tough was probably for the time! The service wasn?t the best no waters just the drinks that we got and we ask fewtimes for more water! When she came with the bills, I ask her for my bill and she told me to wait for the machine, she past methe machine with the tip already there and she said that?s the amount with the tip, but in my paper bill wasn?t include, I tooka copy of the machine and also of the bill! I work as a server too, so I know how things work and I will never go back, so sheadd it cuz we speak in other language ? Now I understand why she was little nervous, if she will put gratuity that?s fineusually is 6 or 8 which is fine, and was good that she let everyone know but about what she did.. doing on the machine and 20%tip When the service was horrible! But I get it isn?t just her is boh too, but if she would put gratuity because we were 7pplthat should be on our bill gratuity! I didn't find this outlet of St Louis so interesting..overall portion size of their Signature Wings Nachos was too less than the... one I had in Brampton..Mozza sticks were not at all gud too..they were too hard and seemed to be refried a couple oftimes.. Rest of the items, Cajun Chicken Sandwich, Tenders, Wings, Tacos and Fries were gud, so, I'm giving 3 stars forfood..service was gud..there was only one guy but he was managing everything superbly..ambience was okay too..
