We didn’t realize this place was plant based until we got here, but we’re SO glad we came. The dishes are done really... creatively, and everything was delicious. Great vibe but the flavours of the food was not worth it. We are fans of vegan food but Bartola did not live up to our... expectations. The guacamole lacked flavour, salt and lime. Consider adding chopped tomatoes, jalapeños and other condiments toimprove the flavour of the guacamole. We had also ordered the mushroom tostada and I would say it was average. The cocktailswere great and quite strong. Our server was very sweet and she explained/translated the ingredients very clearly tous. Michelin mentioned Mexican food. It's amazing. The menu is fully vegan and so I needed to eat more to feel full. I loved the... white mole and the hibiscus mushroom tacos. When Michelin mentions a vegan Mexican restaurant I’m surely gonna be there. And it surely did not disappoint. I travelled a... lot lately and I can surely say that the white mole here must’ve been one of the best dishes I’ve had in the past fewmonths. Seriously, still dreaming about it. Lovely service made the experience really wonderful. Great drinks and I’d evenrecommend the virgin ones. Creativity is felt in every beverage or dish.
