Product is good, so the staff knows what they are doing in fashioning drinks. Their people skills are pretty horrible though. ... Been by twice this week and both times the guys behind the counter seem completely disinterested and are sleepwalking throughtheir duties, making you feel like a bit of a nuisance to them. This Second Cup repeatedly overcharges for coffee. If you ask for skim milk, there's not supposed to be a surcharge. The... barristas ring it in as lactose free skim, and insist it's the same.
