I was at your store (BATHURST AND ST CLARE) on Aug 30th around 4:45PM. There were two workers, 1 darker skin girl and another... light skinned girl. Both were busy talking and laughing, were rood and not attentive to their customers at all. Not sure howthey even got the job. As it is a franchise flavour and toppings selection and quality was great. They also have a small overhang that they have a... couple outdoor tables to eat at. Overall it was a good frozen yogurt experience but I would not say it was the best Menchiesexperience I have had. It was very warm inside so as you waited your turn to fill your cup or to pay a lot of the frozen yogurtmelted. The outdoor seating is a great idea however, pedestrians who are not customers stop and occupy the seating. Menchiesstaff / management don?t seem to take much notice or action in this regard.
