This is probably my first and last delivery order from Swiss Chalet. The delivery man shouldn't have been aggressive about... tipping. As a customer, I don't have any obligation to tip. If I don't want to tip, I don't want to tip. There was no need forhim to give me an attitude. Please train your delivery people on how to deal with customers. Read more
Delivery driver forced my buddy to tip him for my own order with my card. Not only did the driver not check the ID to make sure... it was the right person, but he just let any person sign for a tip on my card. It was only 3$ and I don?t even really care aboutit. I care that the driver intimidated my friend with big anxiety issues into tipping him. I?ve been a delivery driver withterrible nights. But I would never bother the customer for a tip.
