I ordered 2 small cappuccinos and a bar, there were only 2 people in line before me, 7(!) people over the counter (2 are taking... orders and 5 prepping food and drinks) and with only 2 orders before me I had to wait for 20 mins for my cappuccino? I had toask for my second one because they made only one for me, so the barista made me the second one which was much smaller in size,like baby cappuccino. Both cappuccino were way too hot, they don?t know how to make it right I guess. Also they forgot about mybar, I had to ask them for it, no one even tried to say sorry or thank you? I love that all of the ingredients are fresh, you can modify your order according to taste... or preference I.e, vegan, paleo, GF extra protein etc. This restaurant is great for breakfast lunch or dinner. I use the app ifI'm in a rush and need to pick something up on my way to class or work, or I go inside to either catch up with friends and getmy school work done. The environment is both relaxed yet inviting, not crammed. Every single staff member is an all star. Theteam is so friendly and welcoming, kind, and efficient. Impact is my go-to place for healthy meals and snacks. Their coffee andbone broth subscription is also a very important staple during the winter months.
