My favorite Starbucks! I have never ever walked into a coffee shop and had the staff yell out...heyyyy Shelley! And the batista... was plugging in my order before I even said it one day recently. ..I honestly had tears in my eyes when this happened. I guess Ialways think I'm invisible to everyone. I read some reviews below and they all have the same feeling with me about customer services. This store has the rudest staff... I've ever met. I also work in service industry so i tried to sympathize for the staff who may work for a long day. Catherinetook my order by the most annoying attitude like I did something wrong with her :) her voice, her eyes, her attitude all areunacceptable to customers. She even didnt ask my name for the order. What's wrong with the staff here? And why dont SB react toreviews like this? I was feeling very much unwell one my stomach, I just wanted a washroom, a girl manager came into my face, said you weren?t... supposed to be here, you shouldn?t be here even 15 minutes before.
